1. Deliveries

We operate on a Duty Paid basis. This means that all import duties and taxes, as well as applicable VAT, will be included in the price of the products in your order.

In order to offer a high quality delivery service, COLISSIMO (a service offered by La Poste) delivers orders in France and Corsica included. Exclusions may apply. Orders cannot be delivered to post office boxes or post codes.

The order will be delivered to the address given at the time of purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by e-mail so that you can follow your order.

Delivery to France and Corsica:
Service from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders will arrive within 3-5 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered. Exceptional delays may occur due to unforeseen events. At the latest, orders will be delivered within 30 days after the order has been placed. In the unlikely event that your delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
2 – Returns

Returns are subject to conditions and must be due to a manufacturing defect. Defects to a model caused by wear and tear or accidents related to its use will not be accepted, or will be subject to conditions.

Returns are at the buyer’s expense.
